Fish Tales Taxidermy Studio Refund Policy

You may request to cancel your order up to the first 14 days after you make your deposit and request to receive a full 100% refund of your deposit paid. Your deposit that you pay goes directly to pay for your custom reproduction blank. That is how your blank is ordered.

After 14 days, your order is placed with our reproduction vendor’s, then All sales are final. Your deposit becomes non-refundable. My suppliers DO NOT accept returns on custom made reproduction blanks, therefore we DO NOT accept returns. Once the custom blank is pulled from the mold it is non-returnable and non-refundable, you own it. If you want to cancel after 14 days, I will send you the reproduction blank you purchased. There is no refund of your deposit.

You cannot get a refund or have a replacement for your reproduction due to these being a custom made blank fish form. Once the forms have been started, our vendors will not cancel, take them back, or restock them due to their custom make. ALL SALES ARE FINAL AFTER 14 DAYS!
